Horary Astrology and the Breakaway

Mr.S. question is this one: Ufologist and Historian Richard Dolan suggests that there is something like a parallel civilization or breakaway society whose existence is secret. The members of this elite are, (with the help of the "others"?far more advances that us, which belong to the common, everyday world. Richard Dolan offers the following description of his hypothetic Breakaway Civilization

"What follows derives from a combination of logic and confidential conversations I have had in the course of my journeys into this field, as well as discussions with a few other researchers who are also uncovering the same general scenario. Quietly, we are doing what we can to help each other and learn more about all this.

I believe that members of the breakaway civilization are recruited from the militaries of several nations. It appears that the U.S. Navy is a key provider of personnel. But wherever they come from, they work under deep cover, below many layers of deniability. Those of them who have families give no hint to their spouses and children what they really do, which is to monitor and somehow deal with the presence of these other beings. Obviously, these people are lifers. Even after they retire, they are never truly out.

Their interests include not simply advanced propulsion and weaponry, although these are important. My best guess is that other areas include several that are off-limits to respectable science: psi enhancement, memory management, and space-time management. It seems to me that at least some people who are said to be “military abductees” have been taken and used in this manner – but clearly not by the standard military branches. No, this is an operation courtesy of our “breakaway” group, which works with military cover. Such actions are necessary from their point of view, as they know that these “others” operate in a way that can affect space-time reality. They might therefore decide that they need their own cadre to “see” and affect things across space and time.

The breakaway civilization is probably not unified. Certainly, rivalries and competition abound within the U.S. and global intelligence scene. It is probably no different here, and there is no reason to suppose that the original incarnation of “MJ-12” is the only game in town. Within the sprawling U.S. intelligence structure are many opportunities for rogue, or at least divergent, groups. I believe this applies to the breakaway civilization, and the logic is certainly there. The prize, after all, is substantial: knowledge of the most advanced technologies and scientific concepts imaginable. The same diversity, incidentally, seems to apply to the “others.” These beings may not all cooperate with each other, but whether or not there are active hostilities among them I have no idea.

My supposition is based on a combination of the known facts and the additional scraps that have reached me. If I am right, then a web of attitudes and alliances exists behind the scenes. In such a situation, having an accurate scorecard would be quite valuable. Still, I must emphasize I cannot prove this scenario at the present time. I consider it a working theory.

I should think that members of the breakaway civilization might despair of ever educating the rest of humanity on what is going on. Their own reality is probably so far beyond our own, they may rightfully ask, how can they bring us up to speed without causing a worldwide psychological meltdown?

The Astro Chart was drawn at 6.21 PM on November 14. The querent is aleays represented by the 1st astrological house and the quesited, that is the question to answer, belongs to the 12 House which rules matters that are hidden, restrained, secret, incapable of action or of being fully understood.

First House at 17 Degrees 37'' of  GEMINIS, has Mercury as ruler and as always the Moon in Horary Astrology. Now the 12 House cusp at 9 Degrees 36' of Taurus, So Venus and Moon ar rulers here.
However, Venus , combust by the Sun is weak and conjuncts the malefic Saturn while  Mercury is located in the Via Combusta, the very negative area between 15 degrees of Libra to 15 Escorpio, and this is a stricture against judgement because events can take a sudden unpredictable turn that contradicts the reading.

The Moon in Leo, applies to a square with Venus combust and ruler of the 12 house.
Since even the Ascendant is in a fateful degree, we must consider that the question cannot be answered by Yes or No. For the conscious astrologer, the sky is deniyng the answer in this case of the Breackaway Civilization.
Addenda: The climax of the Chart is not good, on the contrary there is something ominous here. The restriction of judgement if totally justified.

Presumed abductions of human beings by non human entities ?

Is it possible to put some light in what I define as the mystery of the abduction through Horary Astrology? I believe it is possible indeed if we follow the strict ancient rules dictated by thousands of years of experience.

Are the presumed abductions of human beings by non human entities real events? The chart calculated at 8,34 PM on January 18, 2014, shows no strictures for reading and it is performed in Saturn Day and Saturn hour.

Since Saturn, the big malefic, finds its “joy” in the malignant 12 house, the chart is radical.

The first house rules the querent, and its cusp, the Ascendant is found at 6 degrees and 1 minute of Virgo, whose ruling planet is Mercury, that becomes significator of the querent while Moon is co-significator.

Now we have to watch carefully the nine house which rules between many other things the extraterrestrials and the 12 house of prision, restriction, capture and of course abduction and places of confinement. Moon at  00 degrees of Virgo, conjuncts  the Ascendant and is in the last degrees of the 12 house whose cusp is in Leo, ruled by the Sun which is in Capricorn, the house of Saturn.

Mercury, significator of the querent is in Aquarius, also a sign ruled traditionally by Saturn. So we find that all the significant planets and houses of this horary chart are related to Saturn. This planet signifies abandoned and subterranean places, basements, caves, government buildings and deprivations, and his house of Joy is the 12, ruling the question about the abductions.

The Moon which applies to a trine with Saturn, of course, also conjuncts the fixed star Regulus which points to powerful friends, danger from enemies and false friends, gain by speculation (disinformation?), violence, trouble and sickness. She also trines the Sun, which is in a Saturn sign, Capricorn.

As a result of this, I should say massive elements of clarification, abductions are performed by humans, and the abductees are confined not in Extraterrestrial ships but in very terrestrial and even subterranean places and/or buildings. These are a secret, isolated operation whose purpose is to produce fear and copycat situations. In this sense the abductions are nothing but psychological manipulation.

President Eisenhower met with Extraterrestrials or with his dentist?

The 34th President of the United States had a meeting with  extraterrestrials at a remote air base in New Mexico in 1954, according to Timothy Good, and Ufologists included Dr. Michael Salla.

On the night and early hours of February 20-21, 1954, while on a ‘vacation’ to Palm Springs, California, President Dwight Eisenhower went missing and allegedly was taken to Edwards Air force base for a secret meeting.

When he showed up the next morning at a church service in Los Angeles, reporters were told that he had to have emergency dental treatment the previous evening and had visited a local dentist. The question gives the alternative. President Eisenhower met with Extraterrestrials of with his dentist?

 We will now learn many things from the Horary Chart.

The tenth house here becomes the 1^st one, since the 10 rules Presidents. We can see that Leo, with Sun ruler, is in the ascendant conjunct with Moon.

Sun is in the third house in Capricorn which is ruled by Saturn, and Saturn is the signifier of dentists..!

In the same third house of communications and meetings we find Mercury which signifies also meetings but Mercury is in Aquarius, also ruled in classical astrology by Saturn.

There is however another planet that signifies dentists and it is Mars. In the Chart we can see that Mars is in Libra which is also the exaltation of Saturn. If we need more, we see that Saturn in the Ten Presidencial house is in Scorpio, sign ruled by Mars, and the red planet is mutual reception with Saturn The two signifiers of dentists are mutually reinforced by this reception.

Uranus which symbolizes the Aliens is in the 5 house of personal matters, gambling, speculation and publications. But there is more, because the Moon in Leo, applies to a sextil to Saturn. By the way Saturn conjuncts Unuk, a fixed star which symbolizes nurses and ailments.

As we can see, the horary chart clearly and obviously tells us that the President had a meeting with his dentist and not with the presumed extraterrestrials. Uranus tells us also that the story of the meeting with Aliens was a product of speculation, rumors( Mercury) and the imagination of journalists and ufologists.

Richard Dolan's breakaway civilization: fact or fiction?

The ufologist Richard Dolan wrote about what he calls a breakaway civilization. This clandestine but human organization provided with the benefits of advanced Extraterrestrial technology and unlimited capital, has its own space program and as a shadow government, controls our planet.

The question is this one: Is this “breakaway civilization” real or fictitious?

The time of the Horary chart was 3, 24 A.M, Dec. 10, 2013.

The answer is clearly negative and we will see why this is so.

The Ascendant at 29 Degrees 38 min of Libra is a warning and stricture called Ascendant in the last three degrees of the rising sign. The late Ascendant suggests that the question is unnecessary and even that changes in Dolan’s mind make the whole thing obsolete.

However there are more negative elements. This late ascendant is also in the Via Combusta.

The Via Combusta or burning path is the portion of the zodiac between 15 degrees of Libra and 15 degrees of Scorpio.

This segment of the sky contains a good number of malefic stars, and the message here is that the answer of the question is negative. For Ptolomeus,  with significators in the via combusta, the chart becomes unreadable.

If however, we insist in looking closely at this chart we find that Moon at 27 degrees 24’ of Piscis, is Void of Course which means that Luna doesn’t aspect any planet before leaving the sign. This is another negative expression because a void Moon means that the situation will not progress any further and that nothing comes from this matter.

Consequently, the answer is NO. That breakaway civilization doesn’t exist at all.

Darkness and Light?

Are the forces or Light and Darkness both necessary and positive?

Here evidently the forces of Light are represented by the Sun and those of Darkness by the Moon.

Since I am the questioner my house is the first one at 26 Libra so that Venus is the principal signifier and also Mars and Moon.

Venus and Moon conjunct in the Third house, known as Moon’s House of Joy. Both Moon and Venus are feminine and this third house rules communications, dialogue and information.

However Moon in Capricorn is in detriment, while Sun and Venus are peregrine and limited in strength. Communication is not good.

Sun, (Masculine) in located in Pisces a feminine, watery sign, while the feminine Moon is in Capricorn, also a feminine sign. The nine house of higher learning has her cusp in Cancer, and there we have the great benefic, Jupiter…in the Moon sign which is Cancer, feminine.

So Jupiter is giving all his positive strength to the Moon and she is feminine, she is Night, Aphrodite, and also Lilith when Moon conjuncts Sun, each 27 days.

Part of Fortune is in the 11 house of friendship and future developments, showing us that humans must accept and recognize Darkness and Light, Day and Night, Male and Female. We have even more here, because Part of Fortune is a Virgo ruled by Mercury and Mercury is hermaphrodite. (Male and Female, Light and Darkness)

This is brought to perfection when we see that Mercury, that also signifies communication, is in the 4^th house which rules the end of the matter, the last word.

The answer is positive. Darkness is as constructive as Light. We have been talking about Light while killing ourselves for the last 2.000 years. The time has come for the Midnight Queen to rule.

Is the time-travel disclosure a disinformation maneuver?

Mr.G. sends me the following question: Is or was the time-travel disclosure a maneuver of disinformation planted by intelligence agencies?

There are no strictures in this chart, so it’s perfectly readable. The ascendant at 18 degrees, 26 minutes of Virgo, makes Mercury the Lord of the first house ruling the querent and as always the Moon as co-significator.

Given that this is a question about maneuvers of disinformation, the 12 house rules secret operations and intrigues. The planet ruling this house with cusp at 18 Degrees 49 minutes of Leo is the Sun.

It’s very important the fact that Sun and Mercury are both in the sixth house, but Mercury, in this  cadent house , is not only retrograde and weakened by this factor, but under the Sun beans, so we have this planet, which rules mass delusions, impostors, intrigues and also manias, very limited in its astrological powers of expression.

The Moon is in the third house, also cadent, in Sagittarius. This 3^rd house rules gossips, rumors and information in Horary Astrology.  Luna is leaving a previous square with the Sun and applying to a new square, an evil aspect, to Neptune, co-ruler of Pisces, the trans-saturnian planet that rules cheating, mass delusions, impostors and intrigues. Neptune is conjunct to the Sun in Pisces, a mute sign.

However, this Neptune conjunction with Sun puts this planet in Combustion, and as a result its action is weakened and limited.

It is obvious that since there are no aspects between these undermined significators of the querent and his question, the answer is NO. Time-travel disclosure is not a maneuver of disinformation, but a personal, individual idea or delusion.

In a previous Horary analysis we found that the presumed time-travel never happened.

Will Aliens reveal themselves openly to Humankind?

This question comes from a friend of mine: Will Aliens reveal themselves openly to Humankind?

Those aliens are presumably the entities that are behind the UFO phenomenon, the ufonauts. 

Aliens are ruled by the 9^th house, and some modern astrologers suggest that extraterrestrials are signified by Uranus.

Planets and stars must tell me more about this, I think.

The first house always rules the querent and looking for the Ascendant we see it at 6 Libra 55’, so that the ruler is Venus and also as Mars and the Moon.

If we consider the 9^th house which is in Gemini for the aliens, we have Mercury as ruler of the question itself.

Venus, ruler of the aliens 9^th house conjuncts the Fixed Star Vega, and this conjunction tells us about entities that are hard-hearted, cold and miserly and suggests ugliness or deformity.

Mercury in the sixth house of service, illness and servitude, applies for a trine with Mars, so indeed we have a very concrete contact between rulers of querent and quesited houses. This shows a positive answer to our question.

Venus not only conjuncts the evil star mentioned above, but also conjuncts Pluto, a planet related to chaos, conflagrations and nuclear energy. Both planets are in the 4^th house which in Horary Astrology rules the end of the matter.

Moon is very strong here, in her own sign Cancer, separating from an opposition to Venus and applying to a square with Mars, so she is translating the light between these two signifiers.

Also we must consider that all the planets ruling this question are angular, and therefore strong even if afflicted.

The answer is YES, these aliens will reveal themselves to humanity

What is the Future of UFO controversy?

The question is this one: What’s the future of the UFO controversy?

Ascendant of the querent’s first house is at 19 Degrees, 31 minutes of Leo, so the Sun, ruler of Leo and Moon as usual in Horary Astrology, represent the querent.

UFO matters belong to the 9^th house of aliens, Astral and Space travels, science and higher education. Since Aries is in the ninth, Mars becomes the ruler of the question, the quesited.

Sun is in the sixth house, at 6 degrees of Aquarius, and in traditional astrology, Saturn is the day and night ruler of this zodiacal sign. Therefore Sun, in his detriment in Aquarius, is in Saturn’s astrological home. Moon, the co-signifier is in the 4^th house, which between other things rules the end of the matter in question.

Mars, ruler of the Ninth is in Libra, on the 3^rd house of writings and communications. Mars in Libra is also in detriment in this zodiacal place that is opposed to Aries and unfortunately situated in the Via Combusta. Principal significators in Via Combusta frequently produce sudden, unpredictable turns as if the chart operated under some eclipse. Mars is conjunct to Foramen, the fixed star of peril, violence and blindness.

The Moon separates from a sextil aspect to the Sun and applies to a Mars sextil, so that she is translating the light from Sun to Mars, this in trine aspect to Sun. This is telling us that the UFO controversy will go on in the future, and eventually the debate will change because of sudden, unpredictable turns.

However, since Moon is in the 4^th that rules the end of the matter and in conjunction with the fixed star Rastaban, also known as Alwaid, which suggest lost of property and violence as end of the UFO controversy. By the way, Rastaban is also a star of blindness.

We should say also that Sun applies to a trine with Uranus, and this nontraditional planet rules the space, modern technology and abrupt changes or events.

The answer to our question is YES, the UFO controversy will go on in the future, but surrounded by very negative circumstance that are unpredictable and undesirable. Two fixed stars of blindness in conjunction with principal significators suggest also that there are things here that we cannot see.

Is Time Travel possible?

In this case, we will analyze my own Horary question: “are  humans able to perform time travel?”

The Time of the question was 10h, 07 min. on December 6,  2013.

Leo in the first house defines the Sun as ruler of the questioner and as usual Moon is  co-ruler.

Time Travel should be represented by the ninth house whose cusp is at 24 Degrees of Aries, and Mars is Aries’ ruler, but since we are talking about Time, Saturn, also known as Chronos (Time) is obviously a co-significator on this question.

Now, the principal signifiers, Sun Moon and Saturn are peregrines and peregrine planets are weak and isolated in Astrology, particularly in Horary.

Peregrine Moon squares peregrine Saturn which is near the evil star Serpentis at 19 degrees of Scorpio. This degree is called the accursed degree of the accursed sign!

 

Neither Moon nor Sun aspects Mars, the signifier of the question about Time Travel, and Neptune (hoaxes, confusion, fantasies, rumors) is in the 8 house of death and bad aspected by a Mercury square.

By the way, Mercury is weakened under the Sun rays in the 4^th house that points always to the end of the inquiry. (Mercury and Neptune related by aspect, signify mental health, hoaxes, fraud and rumors.)

We must consider also that in the 9 house of the question, we find the southern lunar node, which is very negative, even malefic. Classic astrologers compared the southern lunar node influence with both malefics in conjunction, Mars and Saturn.

Also the Southern Lunar Node conjuncts the Arabic Part of malicious gossip.

Thus in this case, the Horary answer is negative: Human beings never performed time travels of any kind, and probably they never will. The answer is NO.

Astrology and Kenneth Arnold UFO sightings in 1947

This Astrological Chart is an Event Study of  Kenneth Arnold’s Sightings of the so called Flying Saucers while he was piloting his airplane above Mt. Rainier, Washington State, on July 24, 1947 at 2,55 PM.

In this case we are not asking a question but analyzing the nature and characteristics of an event.  Ascendant is at 2 degrees 52 minutes of Scorpio and this makes Mars the ruler of the querent with Jupiter which is in this first house and the Moon as co-significator.

Mars is located in the 7^th house, in the Via Combusta and close conjunction with Algol, the most malefic of all fixed stars. Caput Algol causes misfortune, violence, decapitation, violence, and in mother times, the idea of losing our head can be interpreted also  as losing control of our mind.

The Moon applies to a sextil with Mercury and a trine with the malefic Mars-Algol conjunction, and these aspects validate the Chart. 

Jupiter retrograde looses his positive energy in conjunction with the evil 19 degrees of Scorpio, known by traditional astrologers as the “cursed degree of the cursed sign”. Jupiter is also afflicted by Mars opposition. These aspects confirm that Kenneth Arnold saw real objects and his perception was not delusion or mistake.

Uranus, the planet that rules technology, the space and alien entities is in the 8 house of Death.

Malefic Saturn in the 9^th house which rules aliens, long journeys, visions and higher intelligence, describes in negative terms what we can expect from these alien entities seen by Kenneth Arnold. Saturn rules malevolence, lack of communication, malice, secrets, scavengers, and indeed heavy burdens.

What Kenneth Arnold saw was not a natural phenomenon and cannot be seen as an auspicious event for us.

UFOLOGISTS, MIND_CONTROL and SURVEILLANCE.

Is it true that nearly all Ufologists are mind-controlled and under some kind of surveillance?

This is obviously a 12 house question, since this house rules secret operations disguised control, secret enemies and reclusion.

The Ascendant in first house of the querent is at 19 degrees 38 minutes of Leo, so that the Sun is the principal significator with the Moon as co-significator.

The Sun conjuncts the cusp of the seventh house on 19 degrees of Aquarius, traditionally ruled by Saturn.  

The Moon, ruler of Cancer in the 12^th house, is very strong in her Taurus Exaltation, and in the Tenth House of authorities and government.

Luna is leaving a square to the Sun and applies for an opposition to Saturn ruler of Seventh and located in Scorpio and in the 4^th house that symbolizes the end of the matter. This is in Horary Astrology a Translation of Light, and usually gives a positive answer.

What we can see also is that in the same seventh house ruler by Saturn, we find Mercury retrograde in conjunction with Neptune and this union means loss through treachery and slander. More, this conjunction talks about loss of the sense of reality and possible periods of insanity.

These two planets are in Pisces, hosted by Jupiter, ruler of this watery, mute sign. Jupiter represents political and economical power.

But there is even more: Mercury and Neptune conjuncts the fixed star Fomalhaut, and the meaning of this conjunction is damaged reputation (Mercury) and “many secret enemies, connected with secret affairs or government work”. (Neptune.)
